GENERAL ACCESS & ADVICE
- The tour is entirely underground and lasts for about 1hr 45min - We ask visitors to note that as the building was constructed for Military use access to some areas may not be suitable for everyone - There are some quite long walks and 3 staircases - We use some loud effects during our shows - WC's are available on site - There is extensive free Car Parking - Parents please note that we do not admit under 5's as the tour is not really suitable for them.
DISABLED ACCESS
- Please note that this building was constructed for Military Use and therefore it is not always possible to fully adapt access for disabled persons - For ambulant disabled please be sure to take note of the above GENERAL ACCESS & ADVICE information, although in addition there are several opportunities to sit down during the tour - We are not currently wheelchair friendly but some wheelchair visitors with a friend to help them, and the ability to manage some stairs, have enjoyed visits to the site. We always try to assist if we can and a telephone call before an intended visit can help us meet your requirements. (01964 630342) Wheelchair users please be sure to call us before visiting to save a possible wasted journey. We are always open to practical suggestions and advice with regard to improving our disabled access.
FURTHER INFORMATION
